Any problems must be reported upon delivery. All service charges, handling charges, delivery charges or shipping costs (i.e. 7%+3%) are non-refundable. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds on any merchandise that is not returned or after its intended use or consumption. In case of Duplicated orders, orders accidentally placed, you will receive a full refund for the same, provided that the local florist does not make and deliver the item. If the local florist does deliver the item we cannot give a refund. Aapkaflorist cannot be held liable for duplicated orders. is not responsible for failed deliveries If the “Customer provides an incorrect or outdated address”, “the recipient is on vacation or not on home” or “the customer does not promptly (24 hours) provide a corrected/new delivery address. 

If the transportation company is forced to return a gift to us after 2 delivery attempts for any of the above reasons, then we will treat as delivered your order will however resend your gift to a new address at the customers request, if the customer agrees to pay the shipping and handling charges for second time. .
